How it works

Simple for you. Thorough on our end.

You share the paperwork. We do the analysis, the negotiating and the follow-up. You approve every change and keep the savings.

  1. 01

    Share your bills

We sign a confidentiality agreement, then you send recent invoices and any contracts for the categories you want reviewed. A short call helps us understand how your business runs.

    Your time
About an hour to gather documents.
  2. 02

    We audit and benchmark

We check every line against your contracts, published tariffs and current market pricing. We flag billing errors, overcharges, unused services and rates that are above market.

    You receive
A written findings report with each opportunity explained.
  3. 03

    You approve, we act

Nothing changes without your sign-off. Once you approve, we negotiate with vendors on your behalf, request credits and refunds for past overcharges, and handle the follow-up.

    You stay in control
Keep the vendors you like. We only pursue what you approve.
  4. 04

    You keep the savings

We verify savings on your actual bills. Our fee is an agreed share of the documented savings and refunds for a set period. After that, every dollar saved is yours.

    Our fee
No savings, no fee. Nothing upfront.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What if you do not find any savings?

Then you owe nothing. We only get paid from savings and refunds we actually deliver.

Will you make us switch vendors?

No. Often the best result is a better deal with the vendor you already use. Any switch is your decision.

How is your fee calculated?

Our fee is 50% of the verified savings for 24 months from when each saving starts, plus 50% of any refund or credit of past overcharges, once, when received. There is no upfront cost or retainer.

How long does a review take?

It depends on how many accounts and categories you have. After our first look at your documents, we will give you a timeline.

Is our information kept confidential?

Yes. We sign a confidentiality agreement before you share anything, and we use your documents only to perform the review.

Do you sell products or take vendor commissions?

No. We are independent and paid only by our clients, so our recommendations are based on what saves you the most.
